Delivery Information

1. Dispatch Location

All orders are processed and dispatched from our operational base in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed only after full payment confirmation.
• Dispatch timeline: 6–7 working days from payment verification.
• Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

3. Delivery Network Structure

• Xllent Food Products delivers goods directly to the Super Stockist.
• Further distribution to Distributors or Retailers is managed by the Super Stockist.
• One Super Stockist is appointed per district.

4. Logistics Partners

Shipments are handled through trusted third-party logistics providers. The choice of transporter depends on:

• Delivery location
• Product volume
• Regional transport availability

5. Estimated Delivery Timeline

• Standard delivery timeline varies based on district and transport routes.
• Remote or interior areas may require additional transit time.
• Delays due to weather, strikes, or transport disruptions are beyond company control.

6. Delivery Charges

• Shipping from Xllent Food Products to the Super Stockist is covered by the company.
• Shipping beyond the Super Stockist (to Distributors/Retailers) is the responsibility of the Super Stockist.

7. Inspection & Confirmation

• Super Stockist must inspect goods immediately upon receipt.
• Delivery Challan or Proof of Delivery (POD) must be acknowledged.
• Any shortages or damages must be reported within 48 hours.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

• Complaints must include product photos/videos.
• Batch number and invoice reference are mandatory.
• Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

9. Force Majeure

Xllent Food Products is not liable for delivery delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, transport strikes, lockdowns, or unforeseen circumstances beyond operational control.
